What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Local storage and session storage do a similar job in a different place. UK law treats them all the same way: we may only store or read something on your device without asking if the site cannot work without it. Everything else waits until you say yes.
Until you make a choice, this site stores nothing on your device at all. Analytics and error diagnostics stay off unless you accept them.

If you have visited another site that uses HubSpot, your browser may already hold HubSpot’s own cookies (hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc). We do not set them, but the enquiry form can read them and send them with your enquiry.
Some services also see your IP address and browser details when your browser loads something from them, without storing anything: HubSpot and Google reCAPTCHA (the form on /register), OpenFreeMap (the map), postcodes.io (the territory search), Vercel and Supabase (hosting), and Cloudflare (a dormant review script our team uses). They are listed in our privacy policy.
Changing your choice
Use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page to reopen the panel. You can accept or reject everything, or turn analytics and error diagnostics on or off separately. “Withdraw & forget” deletes your stored choice and the analytics visit identifier straight away, without reloading the page.
